These terms and conditions help to keep this website a safe place to trade and set out the full extent of any agreement reached between you & TDI Ltd in connection with this site. You should understand that by using this website, you accept the following terms and conditions:

Tasty Dishes Interactive is a trading name of TDI Ltd a company operated and registered in the UK

You agree that e-mail can be used as a long-distance means of communication.

TDI Ltd will not pass on your details to any third party.

If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform TDI Ltd as soon as possible.

TDI Ltd does not accept liability for any errors and omissions and reserve the right to change information, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services.

TDI Ltd will do its best to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable after being notified of them.

TDI Ltd do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the TDi Cuisine website or for any products or services purchased from the TDi Cuisine.

TDI Ltd may amend these terms and conditions from time to time, and place the new version on the website. All use from the date that the amended terms are placed on our website onwards will be governed by those new terms.

You are advised to read (and are responsible for reading) all information on this website fully.

BOOKING terms & CONDITIONS 
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total buffet cost is required to secure the catering services of TDI Ltd for the date of the buyers buffet.  The non-refundable deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the buyers buffet. 

PAYMENT 
Payment in full is required 21 days before the date of the buyers buffet.  Payment in full is required immediately if a booking is made less than 21 days before the date of the buyers buffet.  TDI Ltd will only accept payment by cheque, crossed & made payable to TDI Ltd or BACS Transfer.  Cash is NOT ACCEPTED. 

CATERING EQUIPMENT DEPOSIT 
A £25 deposit is required for the hire of catering equipment.  This deposit is refundable on receipt by TDI Ltd of all catering equipment.   A deduction will be made from the deposit for all items that are not returned or are damaged.  The deduction will be made by TDI Ltd & their decision is final. 


CANCELLATION 
TDI Ltd shall not refund the buyer for cancellations made by the buyer or TDI Ltd.
